Frequntly Asked Questions about orders:

Do you accept PayPal form of payment?                  Yes! We gladly accpet PayPal. Payable to: sales@RocketTeamSales.com. We do NOT accept DEBIT cards. If you use a DEBIT card, your order will not process and your DEBIT card account will show an authorization hold on your account, but it will not be charged. [more details at checkout].
What if my order is damaged in transit? Tell the UPS driver immediately or contact UPS immediately at (800) 742-5877 and give them your tracking number located on the box. Email us at: sales@rocketteamsales.com so we may make a claim with UPS as well. Proven UPS damaged product may be replaced within 30 days.
Can I return product over 30 days old? NO. We do not accept returns/exchanges over 30 days of purchase date on receipt. Use and try out your products immediately upon arrival so you know if they meet your standards. If they do not, then return within 30 days of purchase date unused or abused.
Will I get full credit for any returns? If you received free shipping on your order, you will NOT receive credit for the cost of shipping the product to you. Any shipping fee we paid for will be added to the credit amount. All returns must be made at your expense regardless if the item(s) are defective or not. All exchanges must be made at your expense regardless if the item(s) are defective or not. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to products purchased over 30 days and to abused and/or highly used products. All returns and exchanges require a copy or original purchase slip. Credits will not be given on items with voided warranties (i.e. opening internal clipper and trimmer parts, motors, batteries, chargers, transformers, etc.). It is strongly suggested you contact the factory for resolution before opening any item apart. Kim Laube Co. cannot not honor the warranty on items tampered with. The factory can only honor warranties on non-tampered items.

How long do credits take? Up to 60 business days [usually sooner - depending on situation] to appear on your statement.
When will I get my order?

We usually ship within 1-5 *business days* depending on what you've ordered; We process all orders the FOLLOWING business day. Up to 5 days delay in busy holiday seasons, summer season, and trade show season. RUSH orders ship within 1-3 following business days after the order is placed - If  your order was placed directly through a manfacturers website that takes an extra day to process your order. UPS counts days the day after the order is shipped.  Please email us immediately at: sales@rocketteamsales.com if you need your order sooner and we can make arrangements for you. Any backorders take longer to ship & ship seperately. Any backordered items taking longer than 2 weeks will be substituted at time of original shipment for another color/item unless otherwise specified under "notes" at checkout. We do NOT accept DEBIT cards. If you use a DEBIT card, your order will not process and your DEBIT card account will show an authorization hold on your account, but it will not be charged.

You will receive your order in 5-15 *business days* [up to 3 weeks] depending on where you are in the country, stock status, etc. Colors will be subsituted at time of shipment depending on factory availability. Otherwise, list your top 3 color choices in "notes" at checkout. Our inventory changes hourly, so you can always email us BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER for a better delivery time estimate and/or color/model availability if it is important to you.

Can I check the status of my order? Yes. Email us at: sales@rocketteamsales.com and give us your order #.
What if it's been more than 3 weeks and have not received my order? Is there a holiday involved?; UPS will NOT deliver on holidays, and weekends. It could be your order is held up due to non-payment, lack of customer communication, or a back-ordered item. We are on the westcoast, please keep this mind. Sometimes shipments get stuck in UPS hub terminals and need to be traced. BACKORDERS TAKE LONGER TO SHIP. Email us to check status at sales@rocketteamsales.com, and give us your order number. We do not compensate for any late shipments, and backorders. Having back-up product is your responsibility to get you through.
Will I get an emailed order confirmation? Yes, immediately after you complete the order checkout transaction. If order did not process properly we will send an email confirmation later letting you know it will be processed manually. There are no further delays to manual processing.
Can I return any items I don't want? Yes, within 30 days of purchase date and with a copy of shipping receipt. Unused product can only be returned/exchanged for product of equal or lesser value. A 15% re-stocking fee may be applied. Seasonal or specific sale marked items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I email you and order with my credit card number instead? Yes, sales@rocketteamsales.com We do NOT accept DEBIT cards. If you use a DEBIT card, your order will not process and your DEBIT card account will show an authorization hold on your account, but it will not be charged.
Can I revise or add to this order? Yes! Please email us within 24 hours sales@rocketteamsales.com. We are not responsible for extra shipping fees made on order additions too late.
Could I cancel my order if necessary? Only within the first day of entry. Email us immediately at sales@rocketteamsales.com to do so, otherwise you will not be reimbursed shipping fees for returned or refused product.
What if I have problems with any products? Call the factory at (805) 240-1313 or (800) 414-0705. They are the ones to speak to about any warranty issues, defects, and exchanges, etc. You can also email them at: email@kimlaubeco.com. Be sure to read the 'Laube Warranty Terms' for instructions on warranty items.
If I pay for a RUSH order, when will it ship? RUSH orders ship within 1-3 following business days after the order is placed [possibly sooner]- If  your order was placed directly through a manufacturers website that takes an extra day to process your order. UPS counts days the day after the order is shipped.  Please email us immediately at: sales@rocketteamsales.com if you need your order sooner and we can make arrangements for you. Any backorders take longer to ship & ship separately. Any backordered items taking longer than 3 weeks will be substituted at time of original shipment for another color/item unless otherwise specified under "notes" at checkout. We aim to please. Liquids such as: Lube-n-Cool, Dr. Slick, and Blade Dip cannot ship by any method of RUSH AIR. They can only be shipped by UPS ground. An extra fee will be applied for shipping those items separately than the rest of the RUSH order.
Do you ship outside the U.S.A.?

 No, we do not. We only ship within the United States, and continental U.S. Please visit the Kim Laube Co. website for a list of distributors in your country or U.S. region at: http://www.kimlaubeco.com/distributors.html Scroll down to your country (or nearest country) towards the bottom.

Do you ship C.O.D.? Yes. We only accept MONEY ORDERS or CASHIER'S CHECKS. At checkout under the "NOTES" section type that you want your order shipped C.O.D. [add $8.00 to the total of the order confirmation since it does not reflect it]. UPS does not accept cash. UPS will not leave the order if you do not have a MONEY ORDER or CASHIER'S CHECK ready.
Can I send a check? Yes. We only accept MONEY ORDERS or CASHIER'S CHECKS. We will ship your order once we receive and clear your payment through the bank. That can take up to 4 weeks.
Do  you offer FREE shipping? Not at this time. Check back in seasonal times for specials and offers.

Do any discounts or deals  apply to my order if processed through Kim Laube Co.?

No. All discounts, specials, and deals are applied ONLY by ordering directly through our website (www.rocketteamsales.com) at checkout, no others. All orders placed through Kim Laube Co. vary their distributor choice and do not apply any of their distributors deals, discounts, and specials.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

 No, if you do not give us a street address there could be a delay to you order. Post Mail Boxes (PMB) are okay. UPS delivering to Post Office Boxes may cause your order to be lost, damaged, or possibly returned. It is the customer's  responsibility to supply proper addresses. Thank  you.
Who do you use to ship out products? UPS ONLY. We do not use FedEx, US Mail, DHL, etc. 
 What if my items were stolen?  We are not responsible for stolen items. Contact UPS to make a claim/money back if they left your box without a signature.
 Will you ship an order without payment?

 No. If you chose CREDIT CARD as a method of payment and it declines, we will contact you via phone first, then email. We do NOT accept DEBIT cards. If you use a DEBIT card, your order will not process and your DEBIT card account will show an authorization hold on your account, but it will not be charged. We will NOT ship a credit card or PayPal order without payment first - even if it is a RUSH order. It is your responsibility to respond back to us for payment to ensure a prompt shipment. A credit card that declines will delay your order.

C.O.D. orders require payment due upon delivery (by Money Order or Cashier's Check only). UPS will not leave the package without either one of those. UPS will NOT accept personal or business checks.

 Can I get the EBAY deals in addition to this website deals?  No, we will not combine deals, specials, discounts, coupons, etc. All orders through this website do not qualify for any EBAY specials. All EBAY orders do not qualify for this website specials. They are processed separately and shipped separately.
